摘要
通过对三亚市租赁市场的调研,提出了房屋租赁认证管理的网络化管理解决方案,为房屋租赁当事人提供了房屋租赁服务和发布了房屋租赁有关政策的法规信息,使得有关职能部门,如工商、税务、公安、消防等在依据租赁数据进行查询、登记备案,方便职能部门之间进行沟通协作,并以租赁市场的基本数据,为三亚市房屋租赁指导租金的测算提供了重要的数据来源。
This paper presents the network control solution to house renting management with survey of the renting market of Sanya.This system can provide service of the house rents and release relevant policy messages of the house rent,which makes relevant functional departments such as Industrial and Commercial Bureau,Taxation Bureau,Public Security Bureau,Fire Prevention Bureau,etc.query and register in accordance with lease data,also makes communication and cooperation between functional departments becomes convenient.This article also provides important data sources based on house lease market for guiding the measurement of the house renting.
