摘要
文章研究了人机交互界面的设计以及数据信息的采集与处理、零件加工工序规划和FANUC数控系统的NC代码的自动生成,并对生成的NC代码进行图形模拟。该编程系统的工程应用简单,生成的NC代码程序简洁、高效,程序校验也十分方便,是一种受用户欢迎的编程工具。
In this paper, the man-machine interactive interface design, data information collection and management, parts manufacture process planning, numerical control(NC) code automatic generation of FANUC NC system are researched, and the graphic simulation of the generated NC code is carried out. This programming system is easy to apply and it can generate simple NC code program with high efficiency, which is also easy to be checked. It has become a popular programming tool.
