摘要
吊臂是由基本臂和伸缩臂组成的正面吊运车的关键部件。文章用Pro/Engineering进行几何建模;采用滑移面MPC多点约束技术建立了吊臂结构的Patran有限元分析模型,考虑4种典型位置和4种载荷共16种组合工况以及吊具和集装箱的动载系数、臂架自身的冲击系数等,用Nastran求解器进行了有限元分析,得到了基本臂和伸缩臂的应力与位移变形云图、应力集中处的应力,基本臂回转支座与车架铰接处、俯仰油缸与臂架铰接处的约束反力,以及俯仰油缸与伸缩油缸的受力,在满足相应国标的情况下获得了最优设计。
Crane is a key device of reach stacker which includes a fixed length and telescopic part. In this paper, the crane of a reach stacker is modeled by Pro/Engineering and is accessed by MSC;. Patran Then its finite element model is established by sliding surface MPC technique. Considering 16 load cases as well as the dynamic load coefficient of container and spreader and the impact factor of the boom, the finite element model is solved by MSC. Nastran. The paper constructs a stress and displacement transfiguration figure of the fixed length and telescopic part, and obtains the stress of stress concentration region, the constraint reaction in the hinge area of turning pedestal of fixed length and stacker frame and that of the pitch oil cylinder and the boom, and the loads of pitch oil cylinder and telescopic oil cylinder. An optimization design is obtained which satisfies the corresponding national standard.
