摘要
文章针对鞋楦特征参数化建模的需要,研究鞋楦数据模型的有关几何特征的自动提取;对于不同几何特征建立相应的自动提取的处理方法和算法,采用逐步小角度坐标旋转变换,实现鞋楦前跷高、后跟高、中轴线的自动提取;采用截平面法,实现三围线的自动提取;综合应用Matlab、C语言和Pro/E,实现鞋楦数字模型的特征识别与提取的自动化;最后实现自动提取如下鞋楦特征:前跷高、后跟高、中轴线、楦底轮廓及三围线。
To build a feature-based parametric model of shoe last, it is necessary to recognize and extract the geometrical features of shoe last automatically. Corresponding methods and algorithms are established to extract different geometrical features automatically. Successive small angle coordinate transformation is used to recognize and extract the toe-tip height, the heel height and the central curve of shoe last. Cutting plane method is used to extract the three contours of shoe last model. The whole process is executed with the Matlab, C language and Pro/E. Finally realized is the automatic recogni- tion and extraction of features--toe-tip height, heel height, central curve, bottom outline and three contours of shoe last.
