摘要
文章考察了不同膜孔径的无机-有机复合膜和陶瓷膜对普洱茶提取液的澄清效果。通过比较通量的衰减、有效成分的选择性以及膜清洗后的水通量恢复率,筛选出适合普洱茶澄清的膜。结果表明,相同孔径0.20μm的复合膜比陶瓷膜具有更好的抗污染性能和选择性,最佳的操作条件如下:操作温度为30℃,操作压力为0.1MPa,膜面流速为2.1m/s,稀释料液质量分数为80%。膜污染后,采用0.5%NaOH和0.5%Na-ClO清洗可以恢复纯水通量,复合膜比陶瓷膜具有更好的清洗重复性。
The Purer tea beverage was filtrated by ceramic membrane and inorganic-organic composite membrane of different pore sizes. The membrane most suitable for purifying Purer tea was selected based on the comprehensive investigation of the flux decline, the selectivity of effective components and the recovery rate of water flux after cleaning. The results show that the 0. 2 μm composite membrane has better anti-fouling property and selectivity than the ceramic membrane of the same pore size. The optimum operation parameters are determined as follows, the operation temperature is 30 ℃, theoperation pressure is 0. 1 MPa, the cross-flow velocity is 2. 1 m/s and the diluted material concentration is 80%. The pure water flux can be recovered by cleaning with 0. 50% NaOH and 0.5% NaClO. The composite membrane has better reproducibility than the ceramic membrane.
