潮流能发电的潜在环境影响及其评价指标体系研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国潮流能蕴藏量丰富,潮流能的开发利用成为我国应对全球气候变化的必然选择。虽然潮流能是可再生的清洁资源,但是它也可能对环境存在着一定的负面影响。在总结前人潮流能发电环境影响研究成果的基础上,提出了一个包含环境因素、生物因素和社会经济因素的潮流能环境影响评价指标体系,以期为潮流能发电的环境影响评价提供一个可供参考的定性与定量相结合的指标体系。 Tidal current energy reserves in China are abundant. The utilization of tidal current energy is an inevitable choice for China to meet the challenge of global climate change. Although tidal current energy is clean, its utilization still has some environmental impact. In order to offer eference for the environmental impact assessment of tidal current power generation, this paper firstly summarized the former studies about the environmental impact of tidal current power generation, and then proposed an environmental impact assessment index system for tidal current power generation, which contains environmental, biological and socioeconomic factors.
