摘要 天津北疆电厂是国家首批循环经济试点项目,其选址渤海湾西北湾顶,海岸坡缓水浅、含沙量大,不利于电厂取水。通过引潮沟方案和沉淀池方案的比选研究,最终采用两级沉淀调节池高潮进水方案,不仅具有取水保证率高、水质条件好,而且工程投资低、运行灵活、维护方便,是淤泥质浅滩上一种新型的取水方式。该电厂充分利用海水资源,并生产出高品质的淡化海水,标志着该项目的循环经济建设目标已经全部实现。 Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant, on the level pilot project for sustainable economy. The northwest coast of Bohai Bay, is a nationalsite is a shallow muddy coast with mild slope and high sediment concentration, which is not conducive to seawater intake. By means of comparing tidal creek and settling ponds schemes, the two-step settling ponds scheme is finally selected. The constructed intake work with advantages of high guarantee rate of water supply, reliable quality and quantity, low investment, convenience of management, is a new way of seawater intake in muddy coasts. The plant has made full use of seawater and produced highquality desalinated water, which marks that the project objectives have been achieved.
