通过对生涯教育与大学生思想政治教育的探讨与研究,发现两者之间具有教育对象同一性、培养目标一致性、教育内容交互性,教育价值相通性等一些相关特点。生涯教育不仅有助于思政教育目标的多元化、清晰化,促进其内容的一体化、生活化,而且可作为思想政治教育的新载体,使之教育方式实现个性化、多样化。

Through the study and analysis of career education and university students＇ ideological and political education,it finds out the two share the identity in educational objects and cultivation goals,common features in educational contents and values.Career education not only benefits the pluralism and clarity of the goals of ideological and political education,but also advocates the integration and lifelikeness of its contents.It can also be viewed as a new carrier of ideological and political education,realizing education methods＇ characterization and diversity.
