It elaborated the problems existing in current hospital archive management.Based on the cause analysis,it puts forward to transform the traditional medical ideas,to conduct innovation and medical reform synchronically,to improve the team quality of archive management,and to accelerate the process of scientific management,thus to enhance the management of hospital archives.
