摘要
由于在人员配备、业务能力、管理手段和规范性等方面存在不足,高校人事档案管理工作已无法适应"以人为本"的人事档案管理新要求。新形势下,高校人事档案管理应采取完善人员配备,提高队伍素质,实行电子档案管理,规范存档形式等四方面措施,进一步完善高校人事档案管理工作。
Some drawbacks as personnel allocation,professional competence,and deficiency in operating means and filing standardization hinder the management of college personnel archives from meeting the need of human orientation under the new circumstances.Emphasis should be given to the personnel allocation,the improvement of team quality,the electronic archive management,and the standardization of filing format.
