摘要
目的:观察新型纳米复合骨修复材料明胶-羟基磷灰石-米诺环素复合物(Gel-HA-M)的抗菌性。方法:以生理盐水作为释药介质,称取0.2 g Gel-HA-M纳米复合骨修复材料做体外缓释实验,并以不含米诺环素的Gel-HA作为对照组。取第1、3、5、7、14、21、26、30天的缓释液,分别对牙龈卟啉单孢菌(Pg)和金黄色葡萄球菌进行体外抑菌实验,以此观察Gel-HA-M纳米复合骨修复材料的抗菌性。结果:Gel-HA-M纳米复合物具有抗菌性,并在第30天时仍具有抗菌性,能够抑制细菌生长。结论:Gel-HA-M纳米复合物能够较长时间地持续缓释米诺环素,对于Pg和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有良好的抑制作用。
Objective: The aim of this study was to test if nanocomposite combined with minocycline would yield antibiotics release.Methods: Normal saline was chosen as release medium.0.2 g nanocomposite Gel-HA-M was suspended in release solution.Nanocomposite Gel-HA without minocycline was used as a control.After 1,3,5,7,14,21,26,30 d respectively,the slow-release liquid was used to test their antibiotic effects against Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg) and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) in vitro.Results: Gel-HA-M showed an effective bacteriostatic action,which lasted for 30 days.Conclusions: The nanocomposites Gel-HA-M have these sustaining release characteristics of minocycline,which demonstrates bacteriostatic actions on Pg and S.aureus.
