桥小脑角区域病变的CT和MRI诊断 被引量:7

摘要 桥小脑角(Cerebellopontineangle,CPA)是位于小脑、脑桥和颞骨岩部之间的不规则间隙,是颅内病变尤其是占位性病变的好发部位之一。但CPA区病变临床缺乏特异性,症状与病变本身关系不大,而与病变所累及的神经等颅内结构有密切联系,因此临床诊断主要依靠影像学。又由于该区周围毗邻结构较多且复杂,病变来源多样。因而给该区疾病的诊断和治疗提出了挑战。随着影像技术的不断发展.人们对该区域病变的认识也不断深化。为提高对CPA病变的影像诊断,现就该区域的病变及其CT和MRI表现作一综述。
