联合左心房部分切除治疗局部晚期肺癌在临床中的应用

Pulmonary resection combined with partial resection of left atrium in the treatment of locally advanced lung cancer

目的探讨心包内肺及部分左心房切除治疗肺癌的手术指征和手术操作要点。方法回顾性分析2004年8月～2009年5月9例晚期肺癌行心包内肺切除合并部分左心房切除患者的临床资料。结果全组无手术死亡,一年生存率为88.9%,最长生存56个月。结论对局部晚期肺癌行肺切除合并左心房部分切除能延长患者生存期,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the indications of surgical treatment for lung cancer with lung and partial left atrium resection. Methods Nine cases of lung cancer accepted lung and partial left artium resection from Aug 2004 to May 2009 were reviewed. Results There was no Perioperative death, the one year survival rate was 88.9% and the longest survival period after operation was 56 months up today. Conclusion Lung and partial left atrium resection in the surgery treatment of lung cancer can remarkably increase the postoperative survival period and improve the quality of life of the patient.
