摘要
目的探讨DR摄片与CT检查在鼻骨骨折中的临床实际应用价值。方法随机抽取成都市第六人民医院收治的147例鼻骨骨折患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果抽取病例中,86例行鼻骨DR侧位片确诊(58.50%),其中1例行鼻骨CT检查未发现骨折;61例行CT检查确诊(41.50%),其中3例DR片为可疑骨折。结论 CT检查对诊断鼻骨骨折优于DR鼻骨侧位片,但在临床实际工作中,DR鼻骨侧位片应作为诊断鼻骨骨折首选检查项目,并须结合CT检查进行综合性分析。
Objective To discuss the clinical practical value of DR radiography and CT examination in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Methods A random sample of The Sixth People＇s Hospital of Chengdu in 147 cases of nasal bone fracture were retrospectively analyzed. Results DR lateral radiographs confirmed 86 cases （58.50%）, including 1 cases of nasal CT examination revealed no fracture;CT diagnosed 61 cases（41.50% ）, including 3 cases of DR fracture of nasal bone for suspicious. Conclusion CT examination in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture is better than lateral nasal DR. However, in clinical practice, DR nasal lateral radiographs should be used as the first diagnosis of nasal bone fractures choice examination project and shall be combined with CT comprehensive analysis.
