摘要
[目的]研究小扭口藓、芽胞墙藓和芽胞链齿藓三种藓类植物的芽胞发育特征。[方法]制备出三种藓类植物的孢子和芽胞悬浮液,将孢子和芽胞悬浮液进行人工培养,观察芽胞发育特征。[结果]三种藓类植物均能通过三种途径产生芽胞,其中,途径三产生的芽胞最多,途径一次之,途径二最少。[结论]与其他藓类植物相同,三种藓类均能够通过产生芽胞的方式进行繁殖来应对不利环境。
[Objective] The spores developmental characteristics of Barbula indica(Hook.) Spreng,Syntrichia pagorum(Milde) Amann and Syntrichia gemmascens(Chen) Zand were researched.[Methods]Preparation of spores and spore suspension from 3 mosses,and which were artificial cultured,the spores' developmental characteristics were observed.[Results]All of the 3 mosses could produce spores by 3 pathways,in the 3 pathways,the most spores production of mosses were by the 3rd pathway,the 1st pathway took second place,and the 2ed pathway for at least.[Conclusion]As the same as other mosses,the 3 mosses could produced spores to reproduction under the adverse environment.
