鼠尾藻多糖的微波提取工艺研究

摘要 [目的]研究鼠尾藻多糖微波提取工艺。[方法]采用单因素试验确定各因素对提取工艺的影响,正交试验法确定微波提取的最佳工艺;在对鼠尾藻多糖进行蛋白质的去除和脱色等处理后,用红外光谱检测其主要组成成分。[结果]优化工艺条件为:微波处理时间8 min、微波功率540 W、料液比1∶30(g/ml)、超声时间3 min,此时鼠尾藻多糖得率为6.5%;经红外光谱检测认定鼠尾藻多糖的主要组成成分为吡喃糖(单糖)。[结论]微波提取法提取鼠尾藻多糖,方法可行,工艺简单,得率理想。 [Obejective] The aim was to study on the microwave-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharides from Sargassum thunbergii.[Method] Single factor experiment was used to determine the effects of factors on extraction technology.And orthogonal test was regarded as the optimum technology.After removing protein and decoloration of polysaccharides in S.thunbergii,the main constituents were detected by infrared spectrum.[Result] The optimized process conditions were 8 min microwave irradiation time,540 W microwave power,1∶30 solid-liquid ratio,and 3 min ultrasonic time.And the yield rate of polysaccharides by microwave-assisted extraction was 6.5%.According to the results of infrared spectrum,pyranose was the main constituent of polysaccharides in S.thunbergii.[Conclusion] The microwave-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharides from S.thunbergii was feasible and simple with an ideal yield rate.
