摘要
[目的]优选云南松松塔中莽草酸的最佳提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验优化云南松松塔中莽草酸的提取工艺。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:浓度80%甲醇为提取剂,料液比为1∶40(g/ml),超声提取2次,每次20 min。[结论]优化后的提取工艺简单、稳定、提取率高。
[Objective] The aim was to select the optimal extraction technology for the shikimic acid from the pine cone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.[Method]On the basis of single factor test,the extraction technology of shikimic acid from the pinecones of P.yunnanensis was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test.[Result]The optimum extraction technology was as follows: 80% methanol as solvent,1∶40 solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction for 2 times,and 20 minutes for each time.[Conclusion] This optimized process is simple,stable and efficient.
