摘要 [目的]优选大叶麻竹竹叶总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以总黄酮含量为指标,运用均匀设计法优选出竹叶总黄酮微波-超声法最佳提取工艺。[结果]竹叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度54.73%、提取温度76℃、提取时间5 min、料液比1∶8(g/ml)。[结论]微波-超声法具有提取率高、时间短、乙醇用量少、超声功率低等优点,可作为竹叶总黄酮的提取方法。 [Objective] The aim was to obtain the optimum extraction conditions of total flavones from Dendroalamus latiftorus Munro leaves.[Method] Taking the content of total flavones as the index,the extraction conditions of total flavones from D.latiftorus leaves were studied by uniform design based on extraction rate.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction solvent was 54.73% ethanol solution,extraction temperature was 76 ℃,extraction time was 5 min,and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶8.[Conclusion]Microwave-ultrasonic extraction had high yield,short extraction time,low alcohol consumption and low ultrasonic power,which was an effective method for the extraction of total flavones from D.latiftorus leaves.
