摘要
[目的]开发天然的富硒虫草产品,为提高虫草的医疗保健价值提供科学的理论依据。[方法]以蛹虫草为富硒载体,在培养基质中加入不同浓度硒,研究其对蛹虫草菌丝、原基的分化和子实体形成的影响。[结果]当硒浓度在21.0~23.0 mg/L范围内,蛹虫草菌丝生长最快,形成原基、子实体的生物量最高,表明该浓度范围内对子实体生长有一定的促进作用;当硒浓度为25.0 mg/L时,菌丝几乎停止生长,且子实体生长受到抑制。在硒+肌醇的复合浓度中,添加硒9.0 mg/L+肌醇4.0 mg/L的培养基中蛹虫草菌丝生长最快;硒21.0 mg/L+肌醇4.0 mg/L促进了蛹虫草原基的分化和子实体的生长,其生物量明显高于其他浓度处理。[结论]低浓度硒促进了蛹虫草菌丝的生长,而高浓度硒对其菌丝生长产生抑制作用。
[Objective] The aim was to develop natural selenium insects and grass to improve the medical value of the herbs and provided basis for science.[Method] Taking Cordyceps as the rich selenium carrier,the effect of different selenium concentration to Cordyceps mycelia,primordium differentiation and fruiting body formation was studied.[Result] When the selenium density was at 21.0-23.0 mg/L,cordyceps mycelial grew the most quickly,and the biomass of primordia formation,fruiting bodies were at the highest,which indicated that it could promote fruiting bodies growth at this proper scope of the density.When the selenium density at 25.0 mg/L,Cordyceps,Mycelial stopped growing,and the growth of fruiting bodies was inhibited.Adding 9.0 mg/L of compound concentration of selenium and 4.0 mg/L of inositol,cordyceps mycelial grew the most quickly.21.0 mg/L of compound concentrations of selenium and 4.0 mg/L of inositol,which promoted primordium differentiation and fruiting body growth,its biomass was obviously higher than at other concentrations.[Conclusion] The low concentration of selenium promoted the growth of cordyceps mycelial and high concentration of selenium inhibited the growth of cordyceps mycelial.
