摘要 [目的]研究四味藏木香软胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低下模型免疫功能的影响。[方法]以昆明种小鼠为动物模型,分为空白组、模型组、四味藏木香软胶囊(大、小剂量)组和阳性药(盐酸左旋咪唑片)组,观察环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低下模型腹腔巨噬细胞得吞噬率和吞噬指数,采用溶血素抗体测定法观察小鼠溶血素抗体生成和药物对DNFB所致小鼠迟发型变态反应的影响。[结果]与模型组相比,四味藏木香软胶囊能明显增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数;促进小鼠机体溶血素抗体的生成。试验中迟发型超敏反应的小鼠左右耳重量差异显著,且高于模型组和对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义。[结论]四味藏木香软胶囊能增强环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。 [objective] The aim was to study on the effects of four tastes Inula helenium I soft capsule on the low-immunity model of mice caused by cyclophosphamide.[Method] Taking mice in Kunning as the animal model,mice were divided into blank group,model group,positive medicine group(levamisole hydrochloride tablets),and four tastes Inula helenium I soft capsule group(high and low doses).The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages in mice low-immunity model caused by cyclophosphamide were observed.Effects of the mice hemolysin antibody formation and drugs on the mice delayed hypersensitivity caused by DNFB were analyzed by the hemolysin antibody mensuration.[Result] Compared with the model group,four tastes Inula helenium I soft capsule could significantly enhance the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages in mice,and promote the hemolysin antibody formation in mice.In the test,the mice with delayed hypersensitivity showed significant differences in the left and right ear weight.It was also higher than the model group and blank group,indicating significant differences and having statistical significance.[Conclusion] Four tastes Inula helenium I soft capsule could enhance the immune function of mice caused by cyclophosphamide.
