部分麦区小麦条锈菌对粉锈宁的抗药性监测 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]探讨小麦条锈病对粉锈宁杀菌剂的敏感性及抗药性。[方法]采用拌种离体叶段法测定了四川和云南两省的84个条锈菌株对粉锈宁杀菌剂的抗药性。[结果]供试菌株中属于敏感菌株占2.40%,耐药菌株占61.90%;供试菌株的平均EC50值为4.07 mg/L,平均抗性水平为21.43倍,平均抗性频率在10~50倍的菌株占52.35%,云南菌株的平均抗性水平高于四川菌株。[结论]为小麦条锈病的有效防治提供了理论依据。 [Objective]The sensitivity and resistance of wheat stripe rust to triadimefon were studied.[Method]The resistance of 84 stripe rust strains collected from Sichuan and Yunnan was detected by seed-dressing in vitro leave fragment method.[Result]The strains belonging to susceptible strains accounted for 2.40%,while resistant strains accounted for 61.90%.The average EC50 value of tested strains was 4.07 mg/L;the average resistance level was 21.43 times;the strains with average resistance rate of 10-50 times accounted for 52.35%.The average resistance level of strains from Yunnan was higher than that of strains from Sichuan.[Conclusion]The research provides theoretical basis for the effective control of wheat stripe rust.
