思茅松松塔正己烷提取物的气相色谱-质谱分析

GC-MS Analysis on the Constituents of n-hexane Extracts from the Pinecone of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis

[目的]分析思茅松松塔正己烷提取物的化学成分与相对含量。[方法]运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,结合计算机检索鉴定其化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。[结果]从中鉴定出48个组分,占峰面积的81.51%。[结论]化合物类型主要为萜类、脂肪酸酯、甾体和木脂素。

[Objective]To analyze the chemical compositions and relative content of n-hexane extracts from the pinecone of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.[Method]The chemical components were isolated and identified by GC-MS technique and computer search,and their relative contents were determined by area normalization.[Result]48 constituents were obtained,which accounted for 81.51% of the total area of the peaks.[Conclusion]These compounds were mainly terpenoids,esters,steroids and lignans.
