Stress Analysis and Calculation of the Principal Characteristics Parameters for Three-Layer Bimetal

本文建立三层热双金属的数学模型,进行了热应力分析,导出了延伸应力和弯曲应力,它们的代数和即是合成应力,进而对比弯曲、弹性模量和电阻率这3个热双金属主要特性参数进行演算,导出了它们的关系表达式。

The mathematical model for three- Iayer bimetal was proposed.The thermal stress analysis was made.The stretching and bending stresses were derived.Furt- her more,the principal characteristics parameters of the bimetal,such as specific deflection,elastic modulus and electrical resistivity were calculated.
