Land Fragmentation and Land Consolidation in CEECs

以CEECs国家中的保加利亚为例,分析了农地细碎化产生的原因、历史与现状,指出农地细碎化导致经济衰退、失业率上升、农村贫困加剧,不利于农业机械化和新技术的推广,影响了经济和社会的可持续发展。对保加利亚政府为解决农地细碎化问题展开的土地整理项目试点进行分析,并对其土地整理战略进行了详细说明。

Taking the case of Bulgaria in CEECs countries,the causes,background and status of land fragmentation in Bulgaria were analyzed,then pointed out that land fragmentation generated economic recession,rise of unemployment rate and aggravation of rural poverty,which was not conducive to the promotion of agricultural mechanization and new technologies,affected the sustainable development of economic and society.Moreover,pilot land consolidation programs were analyzed for solving land fragmentation problems by Bulgaria government,and land consolidation strategies were elaborated detailedly.
