海南省财政支农与农民收入关系的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relation between Financial Support for Agriculture and Rural Income in Hainan

首先分析了海南省农业对农民收入的影响,然后运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,对几种财政支农方式与农民收入的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,海南省农业对农民收入的影响重大,财政支农对海南农民收入增长具有推动效应,但不同支农项目的收入效应差异效大。

First,the effect of Hunan agriculture on rural income was analyzed,then,Cobb-Douglas production function was used to carry out empirical study on the relation between financial support for agriculture and rural income in Hainan.The results showed that effects of Hunan agriculture on rural income was greater,and financial support for agriculture had propulsive effect on income increase of Hunan farmers,but the income effect differences of different financial support items for agriculture were greater.
