摘要
介绍了农产品地理标志的内涵及特征,分析了农产品地理标志的重要性及产品地理标志法律保护中存在的问题,指出了推进农产品地理标志法律保护的措施。
The connotation and characteristics of geographical indication of agricultural products were introduced,moreover,the importance of geographical indication of agricultural products and problems in legal protection of geographical indication of agricultural products were analyzed.Finally,measures for promoting legal protection of geographical indication of agricultural products were put forward.
