竞技健美操属于难美项群项目之一,技术与艺术的紧密结合是其项目特征。根据2009-2012竞技健美操国际规则分析影响竞技健美操艺术表现力的主要因素,并在此基础上提出加强艺术表现力训练的途径与方法,从而为我国竞技健美操运动员提高比赛成绩提供指导。

Competitive Aerobics is the project which belongs to a group of beauty, art and technology combined with the characteristics. According to the rule of 2009 - 2012, this paper analysis the main factors of competitive aerobics artistic expressive force and the training method to improve it. This research can give great help to Competitive Aerobics athletes.
