音乐节奏的快慢对运动性心理疲劳疗效的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评估和比较放松音乐与快节奏音乐对运动性心理疲劳的治疗效果。方法:运用《运动员疲劳问卷》筛选出运动性心理疲劳的运动员50名,分5组,除空白组外,其余4组分别运用15min放松音乐、30min放松音乐、15min快节奏音乐、30min快节奏音乐等音乐处方进行治疗,比较治疗前后疲劳分数、选择反应时、闪光融合频率、加算作业量等指标。结果:与治疗前相比,各组治疗后加算作业量均显著增加;每天聆听30min放松音乐者闪光融合频率升高显著;每天聆听30min快节奏音乐者疲劳分数显著下降。结论:30min放松音乐可以显著改善运动性心理疲劳所引起的生理效应;而30min快节奏音乐尽管能明显缓解运动性心理疲劳者的主观疲劳感受,但其生理效应不及前者;30min放松音乐对运动性心理疲劳的疗效是最佳的,值得推广。 Effects of relaxing music and fast rhythm music on the recovery from exercise - induced psychological fatigue were evaluated and compared. Methods : Athletes burnout questionnaire ( ABQ ) was used to select 50 young athletes with exercise - induced psychological fatigue. These subjects were assigned to five groups. Apart from the control group, other four groups were treated by 15 - minute relaxing music, 30 - minute relaxing music, 15 - minute fast rhythm music and 30 - minute fast rhythm music respectively once a day. Several days later, burnout score, choice reaction time, critical flicker frequency (cff) and calculation capacity were determined and compared with those before the treatment. Results: For all groups, calculation amount increased obviously compared with that before the treatment. Moreover, in 30 - minute relaxing music group, cff increased significantly; in 30 - minute fast rhythm music group, burnout score decreased significantly. Conclusion: 30 - minute relaxing music has better effects on the improvement of physiological reaction caused by exercise - induced psychological fatigue.Meanwhile 30 - minute fast rhythm music only has better effects on the improvement of subjective fatigue. 30 - minute relaxing music shows the best effects on the recovery from exercise - induced psychological fatigue. Therefore the prescription of 30 - minute relaxing music is worthy of a more wide application in the future.
