摘要
山东旅游职业学院饭店管理专业在教学改革中,将企业、学生、社会作为顾客,深入调研他们的需求,重新调整课程设置、整合课程内容,进一步明确细化教学目标,综合运用各种教学方法,完善教学管理、改善考评制度,关注学生整个的学习过程、成长过程;通过PDCA质量管理模式持续提高教学水平,取得了学生、院校、社会共赢,体现了全方位、全过程、全员、全方法、全效益的全面质量管理理念,丰富了山旅模式的内涵。
In the reform of the Hotel Management Profession of Shandong College of Tourism & Hospitality, the application of TOM perfected the teaching management. Taking the hotels, students, society as the customers, through using multiple teaching methods, improving the evaluation system, paying attention to the students' whole learning process, PDCA mode solved many old teaching problems, the reform obtained the students, college and society win-win situation, deepened Shandong College of Tourism & Hospitality mode connotation.
