In the reform of the Hotel Management Profession of Shandong College of Tourism ＆ Hospitality, the application of TOM perfected the teaching management. Taking the hotels, students, society as the customers, through using multiple teaching methods, improving the evaluation system, paying attention to the students＇ whole learning process, PDCA mode solved many old teaching problems, the reform obtained the students, college and society win-win situation, deepened Shandong College of Tourism ＆ Hospitality mode connotation.
