中国与OECD国家工业行业技术差距动态测度中的数据处理方法

Methods of Data Processing in Studying Measuring Dynamic Difference of Technology between China and OECD Members

作为技术进步的衡量标准,测度中国与其他国家技术差距具有十分重要的作用,但来自于不同数据库的投入产出数据在行业分类统计口径、数据可比性和现有数据可得性方面都存在不同的缺陷,所以,对相关数据进行处理是获得准确技术差距测度的必备工作。文章以《中国工业经济统计年鉴》、《中国统计年鉴》和0ECD的STAN数据库中的数据特征为出发点,通过探讨投入产出变量和样本点的选择问题以及缺失数据构造方法问题,对不同数据来源的投入产出数据进行了选择、调整和构造等处理,使得这些数据具有较好的跨国可比性。

It＇s important to measure the difference of technology between china and developed countries which is the criterion of technology improvement.Since in input-output data from different databases,there are kinds of deficiencies such as the difference of classification of industries,comparability of the definition of data and the completeness of the scope of data,it＇s necessary to solve the problems above for an accurate measuring. According to the characteristics of data from China Statistical Yearbook,China Industry Economy Statistical Yearbook and STAN database,we solve the problems in the data processing by kinds of methods,such as the choosing of sample points,the recovering of missing data,etc.,in order to getting a better inter -countries comparability of data.
