摘要
大港油田出砂油藏水平井主体采用防砂筛管完井,在实际生产过程中,虽然整体效果不错,但是部分井仍然存在筛管破漏、堵塞,砂堵、砂埋油层等影响正常生产的问题,为此开展了水平井防砂筛管评价实验研究。证实了各类型筛管在不同分选性储层的适应性,提出在设计挡砂精度时应避免和粒度中值过于接近,采用分级控砂筛管完井时应控制产液强度等注意事项,便于指导今后防砂筛管在出砂油藏水平井的合理应用。
Horizontal wells in Dagang Oilfield are mainly completed by sand control screen. In the actual production process, although the overall development effect looks good, but there are still problems such as sand screen leakage and block, sand-striking and sand-burying which affect the normal production seriously. So we have carried out evaluation study on sand control screens for horizon- tal well. This paper confirmed the adaptability of different screens in various reservoirs by experiments and then proposed some matters needing attention. In designing sand control screens the precision should not too close to grain size median and in adopting classifed sand control screen completion liquid producing strength should be controlled. This technology has active guidance meaning and applied value for using sand control screens in horizontal wells in sand producing formation.
