Application of individual well dual-ESP, flow deflector and multi-sensor technique

摘要 海上边际油田开发难度大,通常采用无人、不配备修井机的简易平台,如何延长检泵周期、减少修井次数成为一个迫切需要解决的难题。通过对常规双电潜泵双Y接头管柱结构的升级改进,使用了单Y接头、双导流罩、双泵工况双电泵管柱,研发了与之相配套的非API标准工具,实现了生产管柱多功能化,有效解决了个别低产井电泵电机散热问题,该技术首次应用于国内海上油田,2009年投产至今,其中A3H1井产量降至13.58 m^3/d时电潜泵仍旧工作正常。该技术能有效延长电潜泵运行寿命,尤其适用于边际油田开发。 Unmanned platforms and light platforms without well workover are usually used in offshore marginal oil field due to the extremely difficulties during developing these oilfield. How to prolong pump inspection cycle and reduce frequency of workover jobs have become one tough question which needs to be addressed immediately. To solve this problem, this paper improved the design of pipe string structure of dual ESP and dual Y shape joint, and developed a completion technique with single Y-joint, dual ESP, flow deflector and multi-sensor string and the coordinated non-API tools which realize the multifunction of production casing. This technique has been first applied in offshore oil field in China, and reduced the wire line operations, solved the problem of ESP motor heat radiation in some isolated low productivity wells. From the first producing in 2009 up to now, the ESP works well even though the production of Well A3H1 reduced to 13.58 m^3/d. From the actual results, we have found that this technique effectually prolonged ESP serve life and is suitable for marginal oil field developing.
