摘要
为了探索相同的饲养条件和自然环境对同栏饲养猪的影响,试验分别选择转基因阳性猪和阴性猪同栏饲养,至90 kg时采血检测其血液生理指标。结果表明,两种猪的血常规、总胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白和血糖等测定指标差异均不明显。
In order to study the influence of feeding conditions and natural environment, two groups of pigs that of transgenicpigs and non-transgenic pigs were selected and fed from birth to 90 kg, and then the blood was collected for testing blood physiological parameters. The results showed that there was no significant difference betweent the two group pigs in each measuring indicators such as blood routine, total cholesterol, total protein, albumin, blood sugar and so on.
