黄河三角洲地区环境与经济协调发展状况评价

Evaluation of Coordinated Development between Environment and Economy in the Yellow River Delta Area

运用协调发展度对黄河三角洲地区(以滨州市为例)2006～2009年的环境与经济协调发展状况进行了评价。结果表明,滨州市环境与经济协调发展度逐年增高,经济发展与环境保护逐步趋于协调,其中2006年属于中级协调发展类,2007年为良好协调发展类,2008和2009年为优质协调发展类;滨州市的经济发展均滞后于环境保护,其经济发展还有较大的空间和潜力,今后滨州市应继续坚持环保优先的政策,大力发展高效生态经济。

The state of coordinated development of environment and economy in Binzhou in 2006-2009 with the coordinateddevelopment degree was evaluated. It concluded that the coordinated development degree rose by year, and economy development and environment protection verged to coordination gradually. It was in a middle coordinated development class in 2006, in a good coordinated development class in 2007, and in an excellent coordinated development class in 2008 and 2009. The economic development lagged behind the environmental development in Binzhou. The economic development still possesses a big capacity. The preferential pohcy of environmental protection in Binzhou should be continued upholding, and efficient ecological economy should be developed in the future.
