流延成型料浆的流变性质研究

本文在实验基础上研究陶瓷粉体与有机溶剂组成的两相分散系统的流变性质.主要讨论了 Al_2O_3-乙醇系统的流型、固相体积浓度和固体颗粒尺寸分布对系统粘度的影响以及分散剂加入前后系统粘度的变化。为流延成型的料浆配制提供了一定的依据.

The rheological properties of oxide powder-organic solvent systems were stu- died on the basis of experiments.Attenti- on was focnsed on the typ(?) of rheological behavior of A1203 powder-ethanol system and influences of the volume fraction of the particles,particle size distributions and the dispersant on viscosity,some of the principles of the preparation of tape casting slnrries were presented.
