摘要
目的:探讨小剂量罗红霉素配合鼻窦置换疗法治疗鼻咽癌放疗后引起的鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:采用鼻窦置换体位,用甲硝唑加α-糜蛋白酶加地塞米松混合液治疗病灶,同时口服罗红霉素。结果:35例鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者通过治疗有效率达97.1%。结论:小剂量罗红霉素配合鼻窦置换疗法治疗鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎疗效好,不良反应少,操作简便、经济,患者易接受。
Objective：To study the effect of low-dose erythromycin combined with sinus displacement therapy on treating sinusitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Method：The sinus displacement were used with mixed liquid of metronidazole,protease and dexamethasone,and meantime roxithromycin was orally adminstered.Result：Effective rate was 97.1% in 35 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with sinusitis after radiotherapy.Conclusion：Low-dose erythromycin combined with sinus displacement therapy is effective to treat sinusitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Its advantages are safe,effective,and easy to do.
