摘要
超声传感器频率响应特性会给检测信号带来一定影响,从而产生检测误差,甚至导致检测结果失效。针对这个问题,提出了一种基于系统辨识的超声传感器频响标定方法,通过在水中采集传感器系统的输入输出数据,然后根据系统辨识算法,计算出系统的离散传递函数,实现对传感器系统频率响应的标定。实验验证这种标定方法能够对传感器进行有效标定,根据标定结果就可更准确地进行检测信号的后期处理,得到更精确的检测结果。这种方法不仅可以判断传感器的使用特性,为检测结果提供失效分析依据,而且为线性系统频响特性的辨识提供了一个借鉴方法。
Frequency response character of the ultrasonic sensor often influences the test signal, and thus results in test errors.To solve the problem, a method to calibrate the frequency response was proposed. The experiment data were obtained in water-immerging test of the sensors, and a discrete transfer function was established based on system identification algorithms and thenused for sensor frequency response calibration. The method was validated effective by experiment. Not only can the characteristicof the sensors be indicated, but also a referenced method is presented for calibrating frequency response of LTI system.
