骶骨不全骨折的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 1982年，Lourie首次报告骶骨不全骨折（sacral insumciencyfracture，sir）。SIF是一种应力性骨折，与创伤性骶骨骨折不同。随着社会老龄化的进展，SIF的发病率逐年增高。目前，学者们已认识到SIF是引起老年人，尤其是女性下腰痛的一个独立病种。近年来，不断发展的新技术虽然对SIF的诊断和治疗有很大帮助，但SIF的漏诊率、误诊率仍极高，学者们对其认识不足。本文就SIF的研究进展作一综述。
