天津地区重症职业性三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎1例

A Case of Occupational Serious Medicamentosa-like Dermatitis Induced by Trichloroethylene from Tianjin Area

患者男,17岁,工人,天津人。上腹部疼痛伴持续性高热9天,全身皮疹8天,加重3天。主要表现为持续性高热、全身皮肤潮红、肿胀和疼痛,嘴唇和口腔黏膜糜烂和溃疡,黄疸、全身淋巴结、肝、脾肿大,伴严重肝损害,外周血白细胞(21.38×109/L)和嗜酸粒细胞(4.48×109/L)明显增高。

A 17-year-old man was a worker from Tianjin city and presented with upper abdominal pain and persistent high fever for nine days, tetter all over body for eight days and got worse for three days. The main clinical feature were persistent high fever, skin flushing, swell and ache from head to foot, lip and oral mucosa ero- sion or ulcer, jaundice, general lymphadenopathy, splenohepatomegaly, severe liver injury, leukocytes （21.38 ×10^9/L） and eosinocyte（4.48 ×10^9/L） count increasing markedly in peripheral blood. Diagnosis： medicamentosa-like dermatitis.
