摘要
患儿女,8岁。出生时即有多处白斑,额部白发,背部色素斑。其父有类似病史。组织病理示表皮轻度萎缩,表皮突变平,基底层细胞间黑素细胞减少或消失。诊断:斑驳病。
A 8-year-old girl presented with mulliple leukasmus,white foreloek and pigmented patches on back at birth. her father has the similar disease history. The histopathologie examination revealed epidermis with slight mild atrophy,flat dermal-epidermal junction, an absence or minimal number of melanocytes in basal ceils.
