A Review of Studies of CHEN Du-xiu in the Past Five Years

陈独秀是中国近代史和中共党史上的重要人物,对他的研究牵涉到政治、历史、文化思想、艺术等诸多领域,一直是学术界的研究热点。尤其是有关陈独秀的民主思想、对传统文化的态度,以及对抗日战争的态度等问题依然为人们大力关注,而有关陈独秀性格和人生心路等方面的研究也突显了学术界的研究新成果。

As an important figure in the modern history of China as well as in the history of the Chinese Communist Party, CHEN Du-xiu has always been the focus of research in the academic circle. Studies of him have been conducted in such areas like political, historical, cultural thoughts and art. In particular, his democratic thought, attitude toward traditional culture and position in the anti-Japanese War are still people＇s focus. Further, the studies of his character and mental highlight the new fruits of the academic cicle.
