西部地级城市新建师院要实现科学发展,必须要面对和处理好五大关系:办学定位与可持续发展的关系,学校发展与地方政府的关系,人才培养与地方经济和社会发展人才需求的关系,学科建设与专业建设的关系以及师资队伍建设与高校办学质量的关系。

To realize the scientific development, the newly built normal universities in cities at prefecture level in Western China should have to tackle five main relationships between university-running orientation and sustainable development, universities＇ development and local governments, personnel training and personnel need in the local economic and social development, subject.development and specialty construction, and staff construction and university running quality.
