摘要
考察了LDO-75催化剂在中国石油广西石化公司3.5 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上的工业应用。结果表明,LDO-75催化剂具有良好的重油转化能力和抗重金属污染能力。装置运行后,产品中干气质量分数为2.86%,液化气质量分数为17.34%,汽油质量分数为34.40%,柴油质量分数为28.66%,转化率为64.47%,总液收率可达80.40%。
The application of catalyst LDO-75 was investigated in a 3.5 Mt/a heavy oil fluidized-bed catalytic cracking unit of Guangxi Petrochemical Company.The results showed that catalyst LDO-75 had better capability in heavy oil conversion and heavy metal resistance.After the unit running,the mass fraction of dry gas,liquefied petroleum gas,gasoline and diesel was 2.86%,17.34%,34.40%,28.66%,respectively.The conversion was 64.47%.The total liquid yield was 80.40%.
