摘要
通过对国内外领先产业集群的比较研究,可以将面向产业集群的公共服务平台体系概括为三个层次、十二种类型。我国产业园区的管理体制主要分为三种类型,其中采用政府主导型和准行政机构主导型的模式能够提供更多更好的公共服务。
By a comparative study between the leading domestic and international industrial clusters,this paper argues that the cluster of a public service platform system should include three levels and twelve types.China＇s management system of industrial zones is divided into three types,of which the government-led model and quasi-administrative-organ-led model can provide more and better public services.
