主要介绍了莱钢炼钢厂4#转炉-4#LF炉-4#连铸机配套中型H型钢生产线,通过研究60 t LF炉冶炼工艺,利用转炉出钢顶渣改质及渣洗、铝深脱氧、二次造高碱度渣、优化智能吹氩及钙处理等措施,实现了快速深脱硫,提高了H型钢产品实物质量,满足了用户要求,为开发高附加值品种钢进行了技术储备。

The article mainly describes the medium type H steel production line including No.4 BOF,No.4 LF,No.4 Continuous Caster in the steelmaking plant of Laigang,where high speed deep desulphurization is achieved and actual product quality of H steel is improved by analyzing 60 t LF refining process,taking various measures such as modification and cleaning of top slag tapped from converter,Al deep desulphurizing,forming secondary high alkalinity slag,optimizing intelligent argon injection and Ca treatment,which satisfies the demand of customers and reserves technical resources for development of high added value steel grades.
