摘要
从断裂工作辊的金相检测、超声波探伤、强度校核、传动扭矩和板型等方面,详细分析了工作辊辊头断裂原因,针对工作辊断裂原因制定了防范措施—在采用梯形速度轧制时,优化原有压下规程、建立扭矩联锁保护,避免轧制负荷过大,造成生产和设备事故。
This paper detailedly analyses causes of work roll breakage at the collar by metallographic examination,ultrasonic flaw detection,strength review on the broken work roll,drives' torque and plate flatness,reveals causes of work roll breakage by analyzing and comparing the relevant data,establishes the preventive measures against the work roll breakage,i.e.,optimizing the original pass schedule and establishing torque interlocking protection when rolling in the speed of trapezoid profile,so as to prevent excessive rolling load and avoid any production or equipment accident.
