摘要
目的探讨将3D整合牙颌模型应用于无托槽隐形矫治器设计,以便精确控制牙根在颌骨中的移动。方法将基于锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)的牙颌模型和基于机构光扫描的牙冠模型自动配准,建立能精确显示牙列、咬合、牙根及颌骨的3D整合牙颌模型。在3D整合牙颌模型上进行模拟排牙和虚拟矫治,然后应用激光快速成型技术制作无托槽隐形矫治器。结果建立了精确的3D整合牙颌模型,在整个虚拟矫治中都可以动态观察牙根和牙槽骨的位置关系,避免牙根外露、骨开裂和骨开窗。结论 3D整合牙颌模型可以应用于无托槽隐形矫治器设计,并且已初步应用于临床。
Objective To establish 3D digital models including roots and jaws for invisalign treatment. MethodsThe integrated models were obtained by the integration of cone bean computerized tomography(CBCT)-based bone models and laser-scanned dental models to create a digital maxillofacial-dental model.Based on this integrated model,the virtual treatment of invisalign were performed.Invisalign trays were produced according to virtural treatment.The integrated models were applied in the virtual treatment of invisalign. Results The alignment of crowns and roots could be viewed vividly on the integrated models. Conclusion The integrated digital teeth model with both root and jaw was successfully created and applied to invisalign treatment.The potential of poor parallelism,fenestration and dehiscence could probably be avoided as the alignment of crowns and roots could be viewed on screen vividly.
