摘要
抗血管生成治疗是恶性肿瘤的一种新兴疗法,在临床应用中已取得较好的疗效,但如何更准确地动态评价疗效及预测预后是目前所面临的难题。本文就抗血管生成疗效评价的现状、面临的问题及可能的发展方向作一综述。
Antiangiogenic therapy is a new way of treatment for malignant carcinoma.How to continuously evaluate more accurately the efficacy and predict the prognosis is still one of the most important challenges.Here we review the situation,problems and the possible direction of the development of the evaluation on antiangiogenic therapeutic efficacy.
