肝细胞癌中Lumican的表达及意义

Expression and significance of Lumican in hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨肝细胞癌组织中Lumican蛋白的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测62例肝细胞癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织Lumican蛋白的表达并分析其与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果肝细胞癌组织中Lumican阳性表达率为35.48%,癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率66.13%,两者具有统计学差异(P<0.05);Lumican蛋白的表达与Edmondson分级及是否伴有门静脉癌栓相关(P<0.05),与性别、肿瘤大小、HBsAg、肝硬化和AFP无关(P>0.05)。结论 Lumican蛋白在肝细胞癌组织中表达率均较低,可能与肝细胞癌的发生发展有关,检测该蛋白对肝细胞癌的诊断和预后有着重要意义。

Objective To probe the expression and significance of Lumican in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The expression of the protein of Lumican in 62 cases of HCC and para-carcinoma normal liver tissues were analyzed with immunohistochemistry method.Results The expression negative rate of Lumican protein（35.48%） in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than those in the para-carcinoma liver tissue（P〈0.05）.Lumican expression had no correlation with gender,tumor size,AFP level,HBsAg,expression and cirrhosis,but had correlation with Edmondson grade and thrombus in the portal vein（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Lumican may play an important role in the development and progression of liver cancer and may be a new target for cancer therapy.
