地铁车站物业开发因关系到站点交通支撑运营和城市土地开发效率而意义非常,无锡市地铁站点物业开发,通过对国内外地铁站点开发模式的分析和比较,结合自身实际需求和条件,提出合适的开发模式,其中西漳站高架地铁车站的物业开发采取以交通站点带动用地开发的TOD模式,本文将做出探讨。
Subway station property development is very significant due to its relation to support the operation of the site and efficiency of urban land development.
